Grocery Cards

With a Kroger Plus Shoppers Card, you can earn money that will go directly to your swimmer(s).  These funds can be used for designated MTAC travel trips (like the Pensacola or Auburn swim meets).  Money earned CANNOT go toward dues, Thunder gear, or any other meets except those designated by the Thunder Board.  Also, money earned cannot be transferred to another swimmer and cannot be redeemed if you decide to no longer swim.

 

How the program works:  Pick-up a Kroger Plus Shoppers Card at any Kroger store.  Anytime you use the card a percentage of what you spend will go directly into your account.  Periodic emails will be send to let you know how much you have earned for your swimmer(s).  When a team travel event is planned, you can use these funds and receive a credit in your MTAC account, otherwise it will continue growing. 

 

Most travel meets are for 13 & Over swimmers, so you can start earning "travel" money now. 

 

Begin your account at any time.  You do not have to spend the money within any calendar year.  It will continue to accumulate until you use it.

TO USE THE KROGER COMMUNITY REWARDS PROGRAM:
 

  • Simply register online at krogercommunityrewards.com
  • Have your Kroger Plus card handy and register your card with your organization after you sign up.
  • Kroger Plus cards are available at the customer service desk at any Kroger.
  • Click on Sign In/Register
  • Click on SIGN UP TODAY in the ‘New Customer?’ box.
  • Sign up for a Kroger Rewards Account by entering zip code, clicking on favorite store, entering your email address and creating a password, agreeing to the terms and conditions
  • You will then get a message to check your email inbox and click on the link within the body of the email.
  • Click on My Account and use your email address and password to proceed to the next step.
  • Click on Edit Kroger Community Rewards information and input your Kroger Plus card number.
  • Update or confirm your information.
  • Enter NPO number (81141) or name of organization, select organization from list and click on confirm.
  • To verify you are enrolled correctly, you will see your organization’s name on the right side of your information page.
  • REMEMBER, purchases will not count for your group until after you register your card(s).
  • Do you use your phone number at the register?  Call 800-576-4377, select option 4 to get your Kroger Plus card number.
  • Members must swipe their registered Kroger Plus card or use the phone number that is related to their registered Kroger Plus card when shopping for each purchase to count.
